On March 28, 2022, the RCSO's Electronic House Arrest Officers were alerted that Ramiro Martinez had removed his monitoring device. Upon investigation the device was located just inside the unsecured residence where he had been living on Hwy 64 East. A warrant has been issued for his arrest for interfering with electronic monitoring device and for arrest for violation of EHA. He was place on EHA on 1/26/22 for 2 counts of trafficking methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
